Lotte Adema – Netherlands

Lotte Adema is Product Manager at Source.ag, a leading provider of AI solutions for fruit and vegetable growers. Joining the team in 2022, Lotte spearheads the development of Source.ag’s products focusing on autonomous growing technologies. Before her tenure at Source.ag, Lotte spent five years at KLM, where she specialised in optimization projects that bring AI into the physical world. Holding a Master’s degree in Operations Research and Management Science, Lotte is deeply passionate about the intersection of mathematics and how to apply it for the greater good. Her career transition into AgTech was fueled by a profound commitment to leveraging AI for food security.
